Yield: 2.5 kg batter approx
- Add 1.5 liters of water while stirring into 1 kg Karamat Dosa Batter Mix.
- Mix it well and make a smooth paste without lumps. Keep it aside for 12 hours.
- Grind it for 3 to 5 minutes and batter is ready to make crispy dosa.
How to make crispy dosas : Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly with oil. When hot, pour a ladleful of the batter, spread using a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side. Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking. When crispy, fold over and serve hot. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
