Karamat Sambhar Paste

International grammage: 2.2 lbs
Yield: 10 lts approx
- Add 2 lts of water into 1 kg Sambhar paste.
- Mix it well while stirring and make a smooth paste without lumps. Keep it for 20
- Boil 6 lts of water with 1 kg chopped tomato, 20 g coriander leaves and 10 g curry
leaves in a large pan (can add vegetables of your choice), when it comes to rigorous
boil add the prepared paste to it and cook for 20 minutes approx on medium flame. Can
add spices of your choice to enhance regional taste.
